Welcome to Cliqo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cliqo application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. User Accounts

• Account Creation: To use most features of Cliqo, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content and activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 13 years old.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Violate the privacy of others, including posting or distributing another person's private or confidential information without their express permission.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Upload or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

3. User-Generated Content

• Your Content: You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or otherwise make available on the Service, including messages, images, files, and profile information ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
• License to Cliqo: By posting User Content, you grant Cliqo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, and publicly display such content for the limited purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service.
• Content Removal: We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or our users. We may also remove content in response to reports from other users.
